When ‘standard delivery’ is selected, the estimated delivery date will be within 2-5 business days (If selected materials are in stock). When ‘express shipping’ is selected, your order must be placed by 3pm on a business day for next business day delivery. When ‘Pick a Date’ is selected, you can enter order notes regarding your preferred delivery date in the text box when you add your selected product(s) in the cart.

Unfortunately, you cannot select a specific delivery time. Once your order is placed, we will contact you via text message in the afternoon prior to delivery day with your estimated delivery time.
If your order is damaged on arrival, it is your responsibility to notify us within 2 days.
Your items must be in its original packaging and unused condition to be returned for a credit within 7 days of delivery. However, it will be subject to cartage costs plus a reduction of 20% of the invoice value to cover handling and restocking fees.
